Whether you’re looking to impress the old lady with a nice light brunch, or feeding an army this recipe can do it all.
Ingredients
- 12 Slices premium bologna
- 8 Slices white bread
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 4 Cheese Slices (Optional)
When you think of waking up in the morning and coming downstairs to a delicious breakfast, this is what most people have in mind. You’ll be passing this recipe down from generation to generation.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Put a skillet on the stove, turn burner to a medium-high heat and melt butter.
Step 2
Take a piece of bread, put on 3 slices of bologna and some diced tomatoes. Place a slice of cheese on top (optional) and close the sandwich with a second piece of bread. Repeat another 3 times
Step 3
Put the sandys into the pan and cook until golden brown on one side.
Step 4
Flip the sandy and fry again until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve up the sandys for your friends and enjoy.
