Ingredients (Makes 5 Servings):

  • 1 Package Kirkland Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • 300g White Mushrooms
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion
  • 1 Box Rotini (Banza Chickpea Pasta)
  • 300g Cottage Cheese (1%)
  • 210g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Can Campbells Mushroom Soup
edamame pasta alfredo

Spices (add to taste as you cook):

  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Clubhouse Mixed Herb Blend
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. In a large pot, cook your chickpea pasta. Once cooked, be sure to rinse with cold water until completely cold.
  2. Cook ground turkey with spices. Remove from heat when cooked
  3. In a big pan, saute mushrooms and onion until cooked down and soft. Add in spices as you cook.
  4. Add your greek yogurt, mushroom soup, cottage cheese to the mushrooms/onions. Put in some water too to make it a sauce. The pasta will soak up sauce when it cools.
  5. Back in the big pot, add in your pasta, turkey, and mushrooms/onion/soup mix

Packaging for Meal Prepping Instructions:

You’re going to need a food scale if you want to accurately split up your food. If you just need a rough estimate, then just eyeball it.

Weigh the entire mixture, then divide that number by 5 and put into each container evenly. Top off with some black pepper. If you don’t care about being precise, just eyeball it!
