Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings):

  • 1 Package (200g) Edamame Spaghetti (Liviva Brand)
  • 240g Cauliflower Florets
  • 400g White Mushrooms
  • 50g Red Onion
  • 1 Jar (420ml) PC Blue Menu Alfredo
  • 200g Four Cheese Alfredo

Spices (add to taste as you cook):

  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Clubhouse Mixed Herb Blend
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. In a large pot, cook your edamame pasta. Once cooked, be sure to rinse with cold water until completely cold.
  2. Put your cauliflower on a sheet tray and pop it into the over (400 degrees, until roasted)
  3. In a big pan, saute mushrooms and red onion until cooked down and soft. Add in spices as you cook.
  4. Back in the big pot, add in your spaghetti, mushrooms/onion mix, roasted cauliflower, and all your alfredo sauce. Mix it together.

Packaging for Meal Prepping Instructions:

You’re going to need a food scale if you want to accurately split up your food. If you just need a rough estimate, then just eyeball it.

Weigh the entire mixture, then divide that number by 4 and put into each container evenly. Top off with some black pepper. If you don’t care about being precise, just eyeball it!
