About T&E’s Cauliflower Pizza

A healthier version of pizza made with a crust made of cauliflower. 


  • 1 Bag Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • + whatever toppings you desire

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

defrost cauliflower rice & drain well. Put it in a towel even to get the moisture out. Let cool. 

Step 3

In a bowl, combine cauliflower, cheeses, spices and eggs. Transfer to the baking sheet – put it in the middle and spread into a circle or square to resemble a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Add additional toppings and bake for another 10 minutes. Broil cheese as well if desired – but be careful not to burn the crust.
